By accessing or using Gzodo CRM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the service

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for your account and the data you store. You may not misuse the Service (e.g., reverse engineering, circumventing access controls, hosting illegal content, or violating others' rights).

3. Account and billing

You must provide accurate account information. Paid plans are billed per the pricing page; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You may cancel in accordance with your plan and our cancellation policy.

4. Intellectual property and data

We own the Service and its design, code, and branding. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to host, store, and process your content as needed to provide the Service. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
